Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StampCraft, including our website, dashboard, APIs, and related services.

By creating an account or using StampCraft, you agree to these Terms. If you are using StampCraft on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

StampCraft provides tools for businesses to create and manage digital loyalty programs, including stamp cards, campaigns, customer memberships, staff access, and analytics.

We may update, improve, or discontinue features from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect paid plans.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use StampCraft as a business owner.

Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (₹) on a monthly or annual basis through Dodo Payments. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice for future billing cycles.

The free plan is available without a credit card. Upgrading to a paid plan starts billing according to the plan you select.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for billing-related terms.

You agree not to misuse StampCraft, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the service, collecting data you do not have permission to use, or running loyalty programs that violate applicable law.

You are solely responsible for your loyalty program rules, customer communications, and compliance with local consumer and marketing regulations.

StampCraft and its branding, software, and design remain our property. You retain ownership of your business content, including logos, campaign copy, and customer lists.

You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content as needed to provide the service.

StampCraft is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StampCraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using StampCraft at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain or delete data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
