By using StampCraft — including our website, dashboard, business micro-sites, and stamper tools — you agree to the practices described here.

Account information: name, email address, business name, and password when you register.

Business data: campaign settings, stamp card designs, customer membership records, stamp history, and analytics generated through your loyalty program.

Customer data: when end customers join a loyalty program, we may collect their name, email or phone number, stamp activity, and reward redemption history on behalf of your business.

Payment information: subscription billing is handled by Dodo Payments. We do not store your full card or UPI details.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, device type, browser, IP address, and error logs to keep the service secure and reliable.

We use collected data to provide and improve StampCraft, process subscriptions, deliver loyalty features, send service-related emails, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Business owners can access and manage customer loyalty data for their own programs. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We share data with trusted service providers who help us operate StampCraft — such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing (Dodo Payments). These providers may only use data as needed to perform services for us.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.

We retain account and business data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing.

Business owners can update account details in the dashboard. Customers should contact the business whose loyalty program they joined to exercise rights related to their membership data.
